Shipping Policy

All UK orders placed will be processed and shipped out withing 1-3 business days using Royal Mail Delivery service. (Weekends, bank holidays and public holidays are NOT business days) You have the option to select Standard or Signed (Tracked) service at the final checkout page. Once your item has been sent you will get an automatic dispatch confirmation email, please ensure someone is at home to receive the package at the estimated time of delivery. We recommend using the signed (Tracked) service to ensure your item reaches you securely.

Shipping Methods:

Estimated time of delivery after dispatch.

  • UK: Standard - Normally 1 - 3 business days
  • Europe: Normally 6 - 8 business days
  • USA/Worldwide: Normally >12 business days 

Important Note:

Please be aware that all goods delivered overseas may incur additional customs, taxes and brokerage fees assessed by the country the items are entering. These additional costs are not covered under the shipping fee which is charged to your order, and it is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive your shipment.

Shipping costs vary depending on which zone your delivery location falls in.

  • Zone 1: Within the UK - FREE standard postage. Signed services are additional.
  • Zone 2: International (within Europe) - Chargeable on size & weight.
  • Zone 3: International (all other countries) - Chargeable on size & weight.


Please Note:

The shipping cost is worked out at checkout automatically, you have a few options Non Tracked or Signed for (Tracked) Delivery - We always advise you select 'Signed for' delivery option for ALL orders especially for overseas and larger orders to protect yourself against the possible risk of items being lost in transit. Lost orders will only be refunded if 'Signed for - tracked delivery' has been purchased and a claim can be made against the courier.

General Information:
Please be aware that shipping delays may occur during the holiday season and/or on national/public holidays. Other reasons for shipping delays may be due to stock availability. If this is the case then we will email you on the same day that you place your order and inform you of when we will be able to deliver your order and also give you the option of extending the shipping period or cancelling the order.
