All orders placed will be processed and shipped out the next business day using Royal Mail Delivery service. You have the option to select Standard or Signed (Tracked) service at the final checkout page. Lost orders will only be refunded if 'Signed for - tracked delivery' has been purchased and a claim can be made against the courier.

There can be delivery delays caused by carriers, so please allow up to 10 working days in sum cases and also check with your neighbours and local sorting office to check if they have it waiting.


Where a customer is eligible for a Refund/Exchange email confirmation of returning goods must be approved by HUNYLONDON and the refund will not include delivery charge of any items which need to be sent back. Also an email must be sent 24hours after receiving the purchased items detailing a valid reason for Refund/Exchange.
